Please check out the FAQ below, which covers everything about shipping, returns and exchanges. If you have any questions that are not answered here, feel free to ask.

All of our policies come down to one word, and one word only - "HONESTY".

 

How fast will my order ship?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. I’ll try to get it out sooner than that, but sometimes I may get backed up, especially during the holiday season. If you need an item sent quickly to make a deadline, please let me know and I’ll try my hardest to accommodate your needs.

Note: Shipping may vary for collection items. If so, additional information is provided specifically for the item(s) on the product page.

What are your business hours? 

My business hours are as follows:

Monday: 10AM - 3PM | Tuesday: 10AM - 7PM | Wednesday: 10AM - 5PM | Thursday: 10AM - 7PM | Friday: 10AM - 3PM

Saturday: CLOSED | Sunday: CLOSED  --- EST.

E-mails are returned from 10AM-5PM and packages shipped 9AM-10AM & 2PM-3PM, Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays). If you contact us regarding your order outside of those hours, we'll get back to you as soon as we're back in the studio.

How will my order ship and how long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. If your package weighs more than 13oz, it must be shipped via Priority Mail. Orders ship from Augusta, Georgia, so it can sometimes take 3 or more business days for packages to reach the West Coast via First Class Mail. Priority Mail packages are usually delivered within 3 days of shipping, but the USPS does not guarantee delivery within a certain time frame for Priority packages (so unfortunately, neither can we). 

Can I track my order?

Unfortunately, the USPS doesn’t offer tracking services for First Class packages. Priority packages can technically be tracked, but the USPS isn’t required to scan them upon arrival at each destination, which means the tracking info is fairly unreliable.

Returns & Exchanges

We believe firmly in providing AMAZING customer service and are happy to exchange or refund your item if you’re not pleased with it, or it gets smushed in the mail. Please contact us for prior authorization of any returns, within 48 hours of delivery.

VERBATIM will cover the cost of re-shipping:

-If your order arrived damaged.
-If an item was received in error.
-If your package was lost in the mail. *However, if the US Postal Service claims your item was delivered but you didn't receive it, I ask that you cover the cost of re-shipping the package.*
-If your package was mis-delivered and you are unable to correct the matter with your local post office.

We ask that you to cover the cost of re-shipping:

-If you seek a replacement or an exchange for reasons other than damage or loss as described above.
-If you provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout.
-If the US Postal Service claims your item was delivered but you didn't receive it.

*All refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the item in it's original condition. Shipping will only be refunded if the entire package arrived damaged or the package was lost in the mail.*

Custom Orders

Due to the amount of time and energy devoted to custom orders, all sales are final. However, I want you to be happy with your order. So, if I didn't get it right the first time, please contact me immediately so that I can fix it. In most cases, this should not be an issue because proofs are sent to customers BEFORE shipping. Nonetheless, if something slips under the radar, I have you covered!

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, not yet - but if there's enough hatemail, I'll start working on it.
